Pocket Log Terms of Use

Pocket Log helps you create personal and shared logbooks, notes, checklists, places, and reminders. By using Pocket Log, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
Subscriptions
Pocket Log offers optional paid plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Paid access may change if a subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, downgraded, or cannot be verified.
Prices, plan names, plan limits, and included features may change. Any changes will be presented where required by Apple or applicable law.
Duo and Family Seats
Duo and Family plans may let the paying account invite additional Pocket Log accounts to receive plan benefits. The paying account can revoke assigned seats. Seat access depends on the payer's active plan status.
Shared Content
When you share a logbook, accepted collaborators may view or edit shared content depending on their role. You are responsible for the people you invite and the information you choose to share.
Reminders and Notifications
Reminders and notifications are best-effort delivery features. Device settings, network availability, platform services, and subscription status can affect whether notifications arrive.
Places and Location
Destination features may use location or place-search services to suggest nearby places. You can choose whether to grant location permission on your device.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the notes, logbooks, reminders, and other content you create. You grant Pocket Log the limited permission needed to store, sync, display, share, notify, and otherwise operate the app features you use.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Pocket Log to harass others, abuse notifications or invitations, violate laws, interfere with the service, or store content that infringes someone else's rights.
Service Changes
Pocket Log is evolving. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time. We will try to make changes in a clear and fair way.

Pocket Log is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and fitness for a particular purpose.
